Tender Me collects NO data from you. We do not track, collect, store, or transmit any of your wellness information to our servers or any third-party services. Your data stays on your device, always.
Tender Me operates on a privacy-first principle. Unlike free wellness apps that track your personal information, Tender Me is designed with your privacy as the fundamental principle.
What the app DOES NOT collect, track, or transmit:
• Personal wellness tracking data
• Mood, sleep, energy, or health observations
• Personal notes or journal entries
• Wishlist items or self-care plans
• Biometric data from Face ID or Touch ID
• Location data
• Usage patterns or analytics
• ANY data whatsoever to external servers
All your wellness data is stored exclusively on your iOS device. The app does not use cloud storage, does not sync to external servers, and does not transmit your data anywhere. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it using the app's export features.
The Tender Me app contains no third-party tracking SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. The app is completely self-contained with zero external data transmission.
Tender Me is compliant with GDPR principles by design. Since we collect no personal data, there is no data to process, store, or manage. Your wellness observations are yours alone.
Face ID and Touch ID protection is entirely optional. If you enable these features, all biometric processing happens exclusively on your device using Apple's Secure Enclave. No biometric data is accessed by the app or transmitted anywhere.
You have complete control over your data:
• Export your data to PDF or CSV format at any time
• Share specific wellness insights when and how you choose
• Delete all your data with one tap
• No need to request data deletion from us - you control everything
Important: When you export or share data using the app's features, that data leaves your device by your choice and under your control. We have no access to, knowledge of, or responsibility for data you choose to export or share.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your wellness information through the app's export features. We recommend regular exports of important observations.
Device issues, app reinstallation, device replacement, or iOS updates may result in data loss. We cannot recover lost data as we have no access to your information.

Tender Me Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly billing options. Current subscription pricing is displayed in the app and in the App Store.
Free Trial: Tender Me offers a free trial period. Users are not required any information or data in order to try out the application or during the free trial period. At the end of the free trial period the application will no longer work unless paid for, however users can delete all their data if they no longer wish to use the app.
At any time during the trial and after the trial users can opt to unlock all the functionality of the app as described further below by purchasing a subscription plan.

Tender Me is designed for personal wellness observation tracking and self-care planning. The app is a tool for you to record your own observations and thoughts in a private, gentle environment.
IMPORTANT: Tender Me provides NO medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. The app is purely a tool for you to track your own observations, thoughts, and wellness wishes. All observations, evaluations, and interpretations recorded in the app are yours alone.
The app is NOT a substitute for professional medical care, mental health services, or health advice. If you have medical concerns, mental health issues, or serious health conditions, consult qualified healthcare professionals.
Tender Me requires iOS 17.0 or higher. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that their device meets the technical specifications.
We provide maintenance and support for Tender Me. For technical issues, feature requests, or questions, contact us at info@tendermewell.app. We aim to respond within 48 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM GMT).
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal purposes
• Share your subscription with others
• Attempt to extract or compromise app security
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair functionality
All content, features, and functionality of Tender Me, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Tender Me, the tendermewell.com website owners and their rightful owners and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
